Apply in Three Easy Steps

Step 1. Download and print the Rental Application and other applicable forms.

Step 2. Fill out and sign the Rental Application form and any other applicable forms.

Step 3. Call (785) 841-3339 to arrange an appointment to select your new apartment home. Return all completed forms to the office and pay the security deposit and application fees. Security deposits equal one month's rent. Individual application fee is $50 for each adult age 18 and older or $75 per married couple.
